Our exclusive collection of workout plans are super effective. Many ready made plans have specific follow on phases to making them part of a series to ensure progress is always being achieved.
- Toned Body Plans: Go here to find plans to lose weight, build lean muscle and to improve your fitness levels. Weighted and bodyweight training will feature here including timed circuits, AMRAPs, HiiT and cardio.
- Shape & Build Plans: Go here to find plans that will help you build muscle in areas that matter to you, such as glutes & thighs. You’ll also find plans to make you stronger. Weighted exercises will feature here and you will usually need to be in the gym.
- Lean Muscle Plans: Go here to find plans to burn fat, build lean muscle and improve your fitness levels. Weighted and bodyweight training will feature here including timed circuits, AMRAPs, HiiT and cardio.
- Mass Muscle Plans: Go here to find plans to build bigger muscle and to pack on size. You’ll also find plans to make you stronger. You’ll need free-weights and resistance machines for these plans.
Whichever workout plan you choose it will be added to your workout queue and you can try the app totally free for 7 days. That's the best way to help you decide that the app is right for you.
You can add a plan and easily replace one with a few taps. Your workout queue acts just like a music playlist, where you can add as many workouts as you wish. Queue up all the workouts you want to do over the weeks and they'll be waiting for you in order each time you log in.
Change exercises if you need to
You may need to change exercises as you go. Maybe a machine is busy or you don't like a certain exercise. Swipe left on an exercise to get a list of suitable alternatives. Learn more and see a demo here.
