Looking to build a bigger, stronger butt?
Like any other muscle group, it really comes down to exercise selection and what works best for YOU! Hip thrusts, squats, lunges and sumo deadlifts will always be great at growing your booty as they are big compound movements that create a big growth response. These should be done with low and high rep ranges and make sure you get a good mixture of heavy and light work too.
The other key to growing your glutes is variation. In order to fully develop any muscle group, look to hit it from different angles with a variation of different exercises. So isolation exercises such as abductor thigh machines, cable kickbacks, hip raises, pulse squats...these are also all fantastic at building up your glutes firmer and rounder. Also don't forget to squeeze the hell out of your butt on EVERY SINGLE REP of EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE. It's easy to just move a weight, but connecting with it and squeezing hard is when you'll see the fastest results.
